Currently 40 years old

What do you in the fitness industry:

I am a level 3 qualified personal trainer and currently doing my level 4 strength and conditioning coaching qualification. I am a British Swimming level 3 qualified coach as well as USA swimming level 4 qualified coach working on attains my level 5. I am a qualified kettle bell, boxercise and spin instructor.

I coach all different kinds of clients from people who are recovering from heart failure to people training for bodybuilding and physique competitions. I have also coached numerous national swimming medalists.

How do you train and why:

I personally follow a traditional bodybuilding split routine when it comes to my training, which varies dependent on where I am in my periodisation. I train about 6 times a week in the gym and try to do 2 swimming sessions a week.

When in training what does your diet look like and what principals do you follow:

My diet is very structured and consistent and basic as I find this works for me.

What are your personal goals and what motivates you to achieve them:

My personal goals are try be in the best shape I can be at any given age or point in my life.

Do you have a Personal motto and if so what is it:

My personal philosophy is simple. Consistency, dedication and hard work are the key to success in all aspects of life.
